We have a smart and high­ly cross-trained team in place, we’ve just added a few new peo­ple, and we’re putting out great prod­uct (see some recent images above). We are always on the look­out for new recruits as well.

There is high demand for qual­i­ty sig­nage and we are con­stant­ly chang­ing and mak­ing improve­ments to accom­mo­date our cus­tomers’ needs.

3 Ways we con­tin­ue to opti­mize capac­i­ty and efficiency.

1. Opti­miz­ing our mate­r­i­al stag­ing and stor­age areas along with fab­ri­ca­tion work­sta­tions in an effort to improve work­flow through­out the shop. 
2. A sec­ond addi­tion­al CNC machine is set to arrive late sum­mer and will help with capacity.
3. Tablet devices have been imple­ment­ed through­out the pro­duc­tion process in an effort to cut down on paper usage, opti­mize com­mu­ni­ca­tion, make real-time adjust­ments and stay on top of sup­ply needs. Employ­ees can make notes and update mate­ri­als in real time from their workstation.
